Student Loan Discharge Inquiry/Verification
This is a 405 page document. Though it has been submitted to the court
as "Exhibit 1" in support of the objection to the DOE's claim this exhibit
does not appear in the Docket.
This may be due to the difficulty in uploading such a large document to
the Pacer System or the Courts System of electronic filing of documents.
I will refer to this document to show the reason why I believe that the
DOE's Claim may be in error due in part from the inclusion in their claim,
directly & indirectly of student loans previously discharged in the
Bankruptcy cited above on this site.
My Objection to the DOE's Claim is complicated, so I ask that all parties
be patient as I develop the basis for the overall Objection to the Claim.
I will attempt to layout the full scope of my reasoning and basis for my
Objection to the DOE's Claim on this site, as well as submit all necessary
documents to the Court according to Local Rules.
Please check this site from time to time as it will change and expand to
accommodate the full scope and basis to my Objection.
